As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, my goal is to help you move away from the exhausting pursuit of perfection and instead embrace the full, messy, beautiful reality of being human.
Do you find it hard to celebrate your own achievements because you feel like success was simply expected of you? Do you feel like you’re the one who has to hold it all together—or else everything might fall apart? Maybe you’re constantly over-functioning while feeling deeply depleted. If you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts, low self-worth, or the heavy weight of expectations, I’m here to help you explore the roots of those struggles—often tied to attachment wounds and old insecurities—and support you in finding a path toward a more authentic and confident version of yourself.
I also enjoy working with people in relationships to better understand how their individual attachment styles influence their communication, connection, and daily interactions. Sometimes it can feel like you and your partner are speaking entirely different languages, or that your efforts to show love aren’t being received in the ways you intended. I can help you identify those patterns, understand each other more clearly, and build the tools needed to reconnect—especially when things feel stuck or messy.
I approach therapy through a holistic and client-centered lens, with a deep belief in the connection between mind and body. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth. I believe you are the expert in your own life—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your inner strength, voice, and values.
If you’re ready to feel more empowered in yourself and your relationships, I would be honored to be part of your journey. You are worthy of the growth and change you’re seeking.
