As a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) I often work with clients to incorporate nutritious foods to help aid in reduction of mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression, as well as help limit foods that may be exacerbating symptoms. When we provide our bodies with the nutrients that it needs to function optimally, we set ourselves up for good health, happiness, and longevity.
